ຫລັກສູດນີ້ເປັນຫລັກສູດລະບົບ 5 ປີ ມີຈຸດປະສົງເພື່ອກໍ່ສ້າງນັກວິຊາການດ້ານສະຖາປັດຕະຍະກຳ ລົງເລິກສາຂາການວາງແຜນສິ່ງແວດລ້ອມ-ຜັງເມືອງ.ເນື້ອໃນຂອງຫລັກສູດປະກອບດ້ວຍ ທິດສະດີຜັງເມືອງ,ເຕັກນິກວິທີໃນການວາງແຜນ, ໂຄງການອອກແບບສະຖາປັດຕະຍະກຳຊຸມຊົນ ແລະ ການຝຶກຫັດປະຕິບັດວິຊາຊີບ.ນັກສຶກສາປີສຸດທ້າຍ ສາມາດເລືອກຂຽນບົດກ່ຽວກັບການອອກແບບ ແລະ ອະນຸລັກຜັງເມືອງ ຫລື ການວາງແຜນຜັງເມືອງ. ພ້ອມກັນນັ້ນ ນັກສຶກສາຍັງສາມາດເລືອກຂຽນບົດວິທະຍານິພົນທີ່ເປັນໂຄງການອອກແບບ-ວາງແຜນ ຫລື ໂຄງການວິໄຈກ່ຽວກັບສິ່ງແວດລ້ອມ-ຜັງເມືອງ. ຫລັກສູດດັ່ງກ່າວນີ້ໄດ້ເປີດສອນນັບແຕ່ປີ 2004 ຈົນເຖິງປີ 2015.

This 4-year professional programme is planned to open for
enrollment in 2011-2012 onward. The program aims to educate professions in
field of urban environmental planning, design and management.ໂຄງສ້າງຂອງຫລັກສູດ

Field study and professional internship
Out of learning modules, students are expected to perform study tour and professional internship. The internship is composed with field works and professional practice work at planning or design offices.
Thesis
In the final year, students are requested to conduct individual studies in a topic related to selected specialized areas of studies, and applied the outcome of the studies into the context of final project.
